- Proven experience in building and institutionalising marketing effectiveness capabilities
- Proven experience in developing measurement frameworks Experience measuring integrated campaigns Ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Experience in financial services or premium brands preferred Technical Skills:
- Expertise in marketing effectiveness measurement and campaign performance evaluation
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Experience with analytics, visualisation, and reporting tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tableau) Personal Skills: Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
