• as We are looking for a:n dedicated:n employee in property insurance to strengthen our dynamic team of partner managers. Our goal is to maximize customer satisfaction in the event of damage by working closely with our external partner companies in Switzerland. At the same time, we attach great importance to cost efficiency in the repair of damages by our service providers.Our team consists of six experienced partner managers in the area of motor and one person for property insurance. We work closely together, support each other and share our knowledge to be successful together. As part of our team, you will help fulfill our mission to provide the best possible service to our customers and strengthen our network of partner companies. In the area of customer operations, we design the individual experiences of our customers in the event of damage and performance. They are our focus and together with them we find the right solution. In this way, our customer-first mentality ensures maximum customer satisfaction. Your contribution
• Purchasing of property damage settlement services from external partner companies
• Care of existing partnerships incl. Performance and price negotiations through annual and interim talks
• Establishment and development of new partnerships Controlling the negotiated prices or reporting the damage savings achieved
• Collaboration and support for claims-development projects
• Maintenance of the expert network property insurance
• Conduct internal training and handling of complaints Your skills and talents Multi-year non-life insurance incl. Claims regulation know-how Strong negotiating skills and ability to communicate at C-level
