The Corporate Service Center in the Tertianum Giessenturm in Dübendorf is home to the central administration and management of the Tertianum Group. Specialists from a wide range of disciplines form the basis for a varied and interesting working environment.

Sub-project manager / Sub-project manager 50 %

You are the central contact person for the finance department within the LEA project. They combine expertise, processes and project work and ensure that the requirements of the department are successfully integrated into the future solution.

Their tasks

• Representation of the Department of Finance in the LEA project
• Development, coordination, acceptance and documentation of technical concepts and processes
• Definition and harmonisation of future financial processes
• Ensuring a transparent flow of information between department and project team
• Coordination and timely processing of professional pendencies
• Ensuring a high quality of master data
• Definition of test cases and planning and implementation of specialist tests
• Technical assessment and approval of concepts and test results
• Support for the preparation and implementation of training
• Active participation during Cutover and Hypercare
• Early identification and escalation of risks and dependencies

Your profile

• Financial and accounting training or comparable business education
• Several years of professional experience in accounting, ideally with a focus on accounts payable
• Experience in projects as well as in the introduction or further development of financial processes
• In-depth knowledge of purchase-to-pay (P2P) and approval processes
• Very good knowledge of SAP FI/MM
• High IT affinity and good understanding of systems and interfaces
• Experience with process or system implementations, technical tests and training
• Very good knowledge of German
• Knowledge of French is beneficial
