Main responsibilities
- Your responsibilities will lead you to process, control and manage credit requests for the clients of individuals and businesses.
- You will actively contribute to the proper maintenance of client files (from a time point of view-quality-compliance with regulations) by processing data irreproachably and take appropriate action in case of potential or proven risks.
- You will collaborate with SCI (systems of internal controls) and contribute to compliance with the credit policy.
- Finally, you will support customer advisors and encourage constructive exchanges to achieve win-win results.

- You have commercial training (CFC, Maturity or equivalent), and have several years of similar experience in a back office banking credit sector.
- You have a strong sense of priority and timeliness.
- Having a perfect command of French, you also have good oral and written knowledge of German, your bilingualism would be a great asset.
- You master computer tools and have good analytical skills.
- Your beautiful social skills complement each other with your positive spirit. A rigorous person, you work independently.
Key requirements
- Vous disposez d’une formation commerciale (CFC, Maturité ou équivalent), et disposez de plusieurs années d'expérience similaire dans un secteur back office de crédits bancaires.
- Vous avez un sens aigu des priorités et du respect des délais.
- Ayant une parfaite maîtrise du français, vous possédez également de bonnes connaissances orales et écrites de l’allemand, votre bilinguisme serait un fort atout.
- Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques et avez de bonnes aptitudes d’analyses.
- Vos belles compétences sociales se complètent par votre esprit positif.
- Personne rigoureuse, vous travaillez de manière autonome.
