Introduction

You are close to the team, take part yourself and create the conditions for top performance in the assembly. With your leadership understanding, technical know-how and your eye for quality, you will actively contribute to the success of the night shift from Monday evening to Saturday morning (23:00-6:00).

Main responsibilities

• Personnel and professional management in several assembly groups (about 15 people)
• Productive work in the lines, equipment, logistics
• Responsibility for performance, quality and motivation of subordinate employees
• Return of production orders
• Capacity and human resources planning in consultation with the head of department
• Ensuring the availability and functionality of equipment and equipment
• Monitor the quality, deadlines and services provided as well as work processes
• Change and optimisation work
• Enforcement of occupational safety regulations and compliance with order and cleanliness

Required expertise

• Technical apprenticeship, ideally as a polymechanic, electromechanic or similar technical training
• Some years of management experience as well as experience in assembly
• High problem-solving skills and strong social skills, goal- and performance-oriented working methods
• Very good knowledge of German (minor level C1)
• Good PC knowledge (MS Office, SAP)
• Medical training or willingness to undertake such training
• Have fun with teamwork
• High self-motivation and empathy, coupled with high quality awareness
• Enjoyment of active participation in assembly and logistics tasks
