What will you do

• You lead, motivate and develop your assembly team and create a working environment by living cooperation and personal responsibility.
• You plan and coordinate the assembly as well as the optimal personnel deployment and ensure a smooth, timely process.
• You take responsibility for quality, deadlines and efficiency and take the right measures if necessary.
• Acquired as part of our weekend shift team You play an important role in ensuring a smooth production process
• You will recognize optimization potential and actively drive improvements according to lean principles as well as projects such as 5S, audits or quality initiatives.
• You ensure that production, logistics and warehouse processes work efficiently and maintain the relevant data in SAP.
• You lead employee meetings, support personnel decisions together with your manager and HR and promote the further development of your team.
• You exemplify our safety and quality standards and ensure that they are consistently adhered to in everyday work.

Who you are

• Technical training or completed apprenticeship
• Some years of management experience as well as experience in assembly
• High level of problem-solving competence and strong social competence as well as a goal- and performance-oriented working method
• Very good knowledge of German (at least level C1)
• Good PC knowledge (MS Office, SAP)
• Medical training or willingness to complete it
• Enjoyment of teamwork, active participation in assembly and logistics tasks
• High self-motivation and empathy, coupled with a strong quality awareness
• Willingness to participate in training sessions and department meetings during the week
