Main responsibilities
- Train, support and promote team members - and be their role model
- You pay particular attention to the freshness of fruits, vegetables and bread, and you fight against food waste by making ingenious orders.
- Order the goods at the right time and in good quantity
- Skillfully plan the work as part of the weekly plan and thus ensure efficient processes in your store
- Every effort is made to ensure that the figures are balanced - in terms of turnover, staff costs and stock of goods Required
- Three or more years of professional and leadership experience: as head of service, sector or retail department
- Completed Professional Learning (AFP): in the retail trade (food) or related profession is an advantage
- Love fresh produce and, ideally, have experience in this field
- Ability to plan and organize tasks and a strong sense of key figures interpretation
- In good physical shape, some packages weigh up to 10 kilos
