  • AFC con maturità professionale o titolo accademico SUP (minimo Bachelor).
  • Attestato Professionale Federale (APF) di Specialista in risorse umane.
  • Minimo 4 anni di esperienza nella funzione.
  • Conoscenze applicate ed operative della legislazione svizzera in diritto del lavoro e assicurazioni sociali.
  • Italiano madrelingua o livello C1; inglese B1; idealmente un'altra lingua nazionale.
  • Buone competenze informatiche (pacchetto Office) e dei programmi gestionali in ambito Risorse umane (Abacus, Microsoft Dynamics).
