- Take over comprehensive care and maintenance of gardens and private green areas
- Efficiently plan and coordinate work processes in the customer garden
- Manage and support a small team of 2 to 3 employees independently
- Advise customers directly and competently recommend additional services
- Organise material requirements and document work assignments digitally
- Requirements
- Completed training as a gardener: available in horticulture and landscaping EFZ
- Bring experience in garden maintenance with in-depth plant knowledge
- Careful and accurate work with all
- Ensure Tasks
- Demonstrate teamwork and reliability and ideally have first management experience
- Driving licence category B, trailer experience is an advantage Offer
- Diverse activities with a high degree of creative freedom and a lot of personal responsibility
