Role overview

As a full-time caretaker at the Migros pension fund, you have a responsible job in which you can demonstrate your strengths such as independence, organizational skills and flexibility on a daily basis.

Mansioni

• First contact person for our tenants of a larger property in Jegenstorf as well as two smaller properties in Münchenbuchsee and Langenthal
• Assistance with the re-letting of the rental properties (showing apartments, etc.) as well as apartment acceptance and handover (electronic with iPad)
• Carrying out minor repair work as well as placing, coordinating and monitoring orders to craftsmen
• Looking after the technical systems (heating/ventilation etc.)
• Maintaining the surrounding area (Discount maintenance, mowing lawns, cutting hedges, etc.)
• Check and vouch for invoices for correctness and completeness (electronically) Requirements
• At least 5 years: in house maintenance
• Completed vocational training (EFZ): business maintenance or technical/craft profession
• Driving license Category B
• Experience as a caretaker of residential properties
• Good manners, service-oriented and communicative personality who enjoys contact with tenants and Craftsmen
• Experience in using iPad, IT user knowledge
• Federal.
