Role overview

For our lively business with a flower shop/garden shop/farm shop and glass house café, we are looking for you immediately or by appointment as a creative, motivated florist EFZ, BP or HFP with professional experience (100%) Do you enjoy training apprentices, are you customer-oriented and do you like to take on responsibility in day-to-day organization and purchasing?

• Development of floristic workpieces
• Sale of gardening and floristry products
• Technical co-responsibility of the flower shop and sales
• Serving and advising customers
• Purchasing cut flowers, plants and hardware at the flower exchange
• Support in the training and supervision of learners
• Collaboration and guidance of employees in need of support
• Training as a florist EFZ, BP or HFP
• Experience in purchasing and training learners
