Role overview

• Tasks:
• Creation and further development of reports, key figures and analyses with the MIS (HCe)
• Support and co-design of planning and budgeting processes
• Cooperation and further development of the cost center and cost-benefit calculation according to REKOLE
• Own guidance of doctor's honorary accounting incl. Master data management, billing and payment
• Analysis of cost, performance and earnings developments
• Self-creation, analysis, plausibility and booking of monthly earnings (KER)
• Advice and support for managers in business matters
• Working with projects to develop processes, reporting and BI solutions

Requisiti

• Basic commercial training with additional training in controlling or high training in business management / controlling
• First to multi-year professional experience in healthcare
• Very good Excel knowledge and high IT affinity
• Solution-oriented team player with own initiative
• Joy in cooperation with different stakeholders
