Main responsibilities

- You keep the accounting of several mandates and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual accounts
- You take intercompany votes and report financial statements in the group consolidation tool Tagetik
- You prepare the financial part of the business and explanatory reports and accompany external audits
- You keep banking and debtor accounts incl.
- Invoicing and dunning procedures and support in the accounts payable
- You create tax returns, VAT statements and other tax declarations
- You work out budgets, long-term plans and monthly liquidity plans and get involved in process improvements Profile and Requirements
- You have a basic commercial education with further training in finance and accounting (e.g. specialist card finance and accounting) or a degree in business administration – supplemented by several years of practical experience in accounting
- You will have a good knowledge of the IFRS, OR and Swiss GAAP FER (IFRS) accounting standards as well as good tax knowledge in the direct and indirect areas You have very good knowledge of Excel;
