- Carry out day-to-day operations including main and secondary accounts (debitors, creditors, bank and payment reconciliations) for our Swiss company and support the day-to-day operations of our US company.

- Carry out day-to-day operations including main and secondary accounts (debitors, creditors, bank and payment reconciliations) for our Swiss company and support the day-to-day operations of our US company.
- Settlements to customers and contribute to monthly, annual and consolidated financial statements under Swiss law.
- Maintain and optimize our ERP system (Abacus / Microsoft Dynamics BC) to ensure its continuous scalability.
- Act as a contact person for internal and external stakeholders on invoicing and accounting issues.
- Participate in cross-divisional projects for the continuous development of financial processes.
- Control communication as an interface to external partners such as ERP support, authorities and suppliers.
- Assist in the preparation of VAT statements, sales and use tax reports for our US company as well as in the annual tax return. What you bring
- 2–4 years of professional experience in finance and accounting in a similar environment.
- Degree as Eidg.
