Our approximately 100 businesses are rented from a variety of owners in a real estate portfolio with assets and management worth around CHF 2.5 billion. Tertianum does not own any real estate itself, but is responsible for its upkeep and maintenance. Due to the retirement of the long-standing position holder, the Real Estate Management & Security team is looking for a new person for this position.

For the sustainable and efficient management of our properties in the north-south area (20 companies in the cantons of Basel-Stadt and Basel-Land, Solothurn, Aargau, Lucerne, Ticino) we are looking for someone to work at the beginning of August 2026 or by agreement with a place of work in the Lucerne area

Facility Manager HF as regional specialist responsibility for real estate management & security 80-100%

In your region, you represent the group's property management & security and advocate for the needs of the managing directors and technical services. You will correspond with colleagues, owner representatives and suppliers, particularly when it comes to replacement investments. You ensure the efficient implementation of group-wide specifications and standards in your region.

Your tasks

• Commercial and organizational management of an own portfolio of more than 20 properties
• Managing budgets and investment planning at the individual locations
• Advice and support to management and technical services during the procurement phases of new and replacement investments
• Participation or management of owner discussions
• Training of management and technical services in the field of security and fire protection (ASGS)
• Security and fire protection auditing at the locations
• Professional management of the technical service employees
• Control, monitoring and maintenance of the systems and building services

Your profile

• Facility Manager HF or similar training with a focus on technology/building technology
• Several years of professional experience in the commercial and organizational management of real estate and occupational safety
• Strong negotiation skills, organizational talent and in-depth IT knowledge (especially MS Office)
• The ability to find your way around complex issues
• Good oral and written knowledge of German and Italian (mother tongue German and foreign language Italian B2/C1 or vice versa)
• SIBE and fire protection training is an advantage

• Spiccate capacity negoziali, talento organizzativo e conoscenze approfondite di informatica (in particolare MS-Office)
• Capacità di orientarsi in questioni complete
• Good conoscenza oral e scritta dell’italiano e del tedesco (lingua mother italiano lingua straniera tedesco B2/C1 or vice versa)
• Formazione SIBE e antincendio costituisce titolo preferential
