You maintain and clean our ventilation systems, replace filters, and ensure that motors and building services run reliably.

- Several years of professional experience (3-5 years) in maintenance or building services.
- Completed vocational training (EFZ) in facility maintenance or equivalent technical field.
Key requirements
- Several years of professional experience (3-5 years) in maintenance or building services.
- Completed vocational training (EFZ) in facility maintenance or equivalent technical field.
- Mechanical affinity, technical understanding, and proficiency in MS Office.
- High social competence, team-oriented, and interest in mentoring apprentices.
- Willingness for on-call duty (6-7 times/year) and fault hotline availability.
- Resilient and reliable, comfortable working in heat, cold, or at heights.
- German (negotiation level).

- Readiness for on-call duty: approx. 6–7 shifts per year, fault hotline approx. every 1.5 weeks for one day; you are resilient, reliable, and willing to pitch in even in heat, cold, in tight spaces, or at heights.
