The Directorate of Justice and Home Affairs (JHA) performs a variety of tasks, from A such as archiving to Z such as civil status. Here in the Secretariat-General, the strings come together. We support the director and our units, work on cross-cutting topics and accompany and lead programs and projects. In January 2027, the revised Administrative Law Administration Act comes into force, which provides for administrative procedures to be handled digitally via special electronic channels. With RRB No. 433/2026, an important milestone was reached for the implementation of these electronic channels in the Canton of Zurich: In the VRGo project, the new technical solution «Procedure ZH» is set up, which enables the legally compliant handling of administrative procedures. In order to accompany the cross-organisational development of this solution on the part of JI, and in order to submit the requirements of our administrative units to the competent authorities in the operation of the solution, we are looking for 1. 2026 or by agreement in the General Secretariat a person with a technical background as a manager/in digital channels (80 - 100 %). Your main tasks

• You will proactively interact with the procedural authorities of JI and identify, coordinate and prioritize their requirements for the electronic channels. You bring these to the projects for their further development and in comprehensive digitalization projects.
• You know the relevant technical applications of JI and support any further developments and connections in connection with the electronic channels.
• You will be networked in the JI, in the canton and in the Confederation with the relevant authorities and up to date on significant developments.
• You will advise and support the administrative units of JI in the further digitization of their administrative procedures. To this end, you accompany the implementation of new or further developed functionalities from a user perspective and are in close contact with the specialist areas, legal, IT/operation teams and other stakeholders. Your profile
• Tertiary education (e.g. in business informatics, business administration, law), with experience in the digitization of processes, services or communication channels (preferably in administration or in the legal field)
• Strong understanding of user needs and service-oriented design, strong in coordination and stakeholder management
• Quick comprehension and an analytical, structured and conceptual working method with pleasure in the design and further development of digital solutions
• Holistic thinking, excellent communication skills, initiative and a high level of personal responsibility with a proactive understanding of work Our offer
