• You work independently and purposefully on performance cases in the sector accident insurance (UVG) and accident supplementary insurance (UVGZ)
• You consistently focus on customers and respond individually to their needs
• You write demanding correspondence and make telephone conversations at eye level
• You actively shape positive change – with curiosity and your constructive nature Your skills and talents
• Commercial or equivalent training
• Experience in insurance Basic medical knowledge is an advantage Empathy and team orientation combined with independence and reliability Stylistic German
• English or French are a plus
