Canton of Zurich Directorate of Justice and Home Affairs Law Enforcement and Reintegration Human Resources Specialist: in HR processes & system implementation (temporary until the end of 2027) 80 - 100% With around 1,400 employees, JuWe is responsible for the execution of penalties and measures as well as for carrying out various types of detention. Our employees from around 40 professions support and promote the reintegration of delinquents and work effectively and progressively for a safe and just society. The Human Resources department is part of the administration. The approximately 25 employees design and are responsible for all tasks of human resources management – from recruitment, consulting and development of JuWe employees to personnel law and administrative services, HR controlling and strategic personnel management. Due to the introduction of a new SAP complete solution in 2027 (Project Aurora ), we are looking for a dedicated person to support our team during the transition. This is waiting for you:

• You will familiarize yourself with existing processes and processes and understand what is changing with the introduction of the HXM solution for employees and managers but also at HR
• You will help to put new or adapted processes into practice and document associated processes and responsibilities
• You create comprehensible work instructions, process descriptions, checklists, FAQs and training materials
• You prepare training sessions and short introductory sessions, you support users in the transition around new processes and processes
• You take up questions and challenges from everyday operations, structure them and support the clarification with the responsible bodies.
• You also support the HR Services team during the implementation and stabilization phase in day-to-day operations. You with
• You have completed basic training, for example in the commercial sector, in computer science or in a comparable professional field
• Ideally supplemented by further training in process management, business analysis, project management, digitalization or a comparable area
• Ideally, you have already participated in a system introduction or a transformation project. Knowledge of SAP or comparable HR systems is an advantage
• You bring a strong process understanding and a quick apprehension and can quickly familiarize yourself with new processes and systems.
