Canton of Zurich Prison and Reintegration Specialist: in Health Management 50% With around 1,400 employees, JuWe is responsible for the execution of penalties and measures as well as for carrying out various types of detention. Our employees from around 40 professions support and promote the reintegration of delinquents and work effectively and progressively for a safe and just society. The Human Resources department is part of the administration. The approximately 25 employees design and are responsible for all tasks of human resources management – from recruitment, consulting and development of JuWe employees to personnel law and administrative services, HR controlling and strategic personnel management. Immediately or by agreement, we are looking for a committed personality who thinks the topic of health holistically, strategically developed and sustainably anchored in our organization. What is waiting for you

• Together with the head of HR consulting, you will design and develop our health topics and the associated processes. In doing so, you keep an eye on the needs of the organization as well as the legal and cantonal framework conditions
• You can assume responsibility for the strategic development and anchoring of the health sector: from attendance management to health controlling and prevention to the implementation of concrete measures
• You can identify relevant health indicators, analyze and evaluate them systematically, identify fields of action and derive well-founded strategic measures. The resulting projects accompany and lead you from conception to implementation
• You support in effectively integrating health topics into existing HR and management processes, take responsibility for the health process and advise your colleagues within HR consulting as well as other relevant interfaces in professional issues
• You also develop awareness-raising, information and training offers for employees and managers What you bring
• You have a bachelor's degree. Additional further training, for example a CAS in occupational health promotion, occupational health management (BGM), social insurance or a comparable area, is advantageous.
• You have in-depth expertise and practical experience in the field of health and/or absence management and understand how to analyze complex relationships in a structured manner and derive feasible solutions from them.
• Experience in an environment with shift operations and different employee groups is a big plus for us
• You like to work independently, form a well-founded opinion and can represent this situationally and convincingly. At the same time, you build sustainable relationships and see yourself as an internal service provider: in and sparring partner: in for HR and leadership
