Canton of Zurich Health Directorate GD - General Secretariat Specialist Finance and Projects 80 - 100% The Health Directorate of the Canton of Zurich ensures high-quality and safe health care. The Finance Department in the General Secretariat is responsible for the financial management of the directorate and accounting. She is also responsible for the area of ​​individual premium reductions (IPV) and checks the correct use of the state contributions by means of state contribution revisions. We are looking for a finance and projects specialist for the department as of January 1, 2027 or by appointment. Together with the Head of Controlling and Head of Accounting, you will be involved in a diverse range of tasks and drive projects forward. Your tasks

• Participation in the implementation of the uniform financing of inpatient and outpatient services (EFAS) and its further development in the area of finance
• Support with reporting, annual financial statements and the creation of the annual report
• Preparation of documents suitable for auditing for financial control
• Development of applications and financial decision-making bases for the management, the government council and parliamentary commissions
• Participation in the further development of the internal control system (ICS), financial processes and in digitalization projects
• Reporting and further development of department-wide risk management
• Independent management of financially relevant projects Your profile You have a university degree in finance or comparable training (e.g. auditor, accounting and controlling expert) and have several years of practical experience in the areas of accounting, controlling and/or auditing.

You are used to dealing with contacts at different levels. Experience with financially relevant processes in administration or the Swiss healthcare system as well as good Excel, data analysis and SAP knowledge are a plus, but not mandatory.
