About us

The Dielsdorf Health Center is a modern geriatric competence center with around 500 employees from 35 nations. Our offer ranges from counselling for older people and their relatives to general and specialized long-term care and care at home. At the Regensdorf site, we offer 54 residents a family environment with professional care.

Their tasks

• Independent implementation of primary and treatment care of residents in the reference person system
• Collaboration in the multi-professional team
• Assumption of day-to-day responsibility
• Ensuring compliance with in-house instructions (maintenance guidelines, instructions)

Your profile

• Completed training as a specialist Health EFZ
• Good knowledge of German in words and writing
• Contemporary IT skills (MS Office, Perigon)
• High level of social, methodological and professional competence
• Self-employed and responsible work
