- Unterstützung des diplomierten Pflegepersonals bei diagnostischen und therapeutischen Maßnahmen
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachmann / Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ
- Erfahrung in der stationären oder ambulanten Pflege von Vorteil
Main responsibilities
- Betreuung und Pflege von Patienten in stationären und ambulanten Einrichtungen
- Unterstützung des diplomierten Pflegepersonals bei diagnostischen und therapeutischen Maßnahmen
- Durchführung medizinischer Verrichtungen wie Vitalzeichenkontrolle, Wundversorgung, Blutzuckermessung und Medikamentenverabreichung
- Förderung der Selbstständigkeit der Patienten durch gezielte Aktivierungs- und Rehabilitationsmaßnahmen
- Kommunikation mit Angehörigen, interdisziplinären Teams und Ärzten zur Sicherstellung einer optimalen Versorgung
- Dokumentation der Pflegeprozesse und Mitwirkung an der Qualitätssicherung
Key requirements
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachmann / Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ
- Erfahrung in der stationären oder ambulanten Pflege von Vorteil
- Hohe Sozialkompetenz, Einfühlungsvermögen und Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen
- Strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit
