For the Sene Vita Limmatfeld in Dietikon we are looking for an attentive and team-oriented person as a health professional, 50-100% in daily service

• Participation in optimal care and care quality based on the care concept
• Ensure compliance with care processes as well as legal, professional and internal standards and specifications
• Take over the function as day responsibility for 16 residents, with a graduate nurse in the house
• Takeover of coordination and organization in daily events
• Take over of care and care tasks, as well as medical services
• Take over the role of a reference person for the resident
• Creation and ensuring a complete maintenance documentation
• Cooperation within the nursing teams and interprof-essional teams

• Training as a health specialist
• Perennial professional experience in geriatric long-term care
• Experience in the field of dementia and Spitex
• Knowledge of RAI-LT CF and/or RAI-HC
• Safe appearance in the handling of electronic maintenance documentation and computer
• Good German language skills in word and writing, German level B2
• High social competence and a respectable and clear communication
