- Betreuung und Bezugspflege unserer Klientinnen und Klienten
- Einleiten von Pflegemassnahmen und deren Evaluierung in Zusammenarbeit mit Fallverantwortlichen
- Abschluss als Fachfrau/-mann Gesundheit EFZ, bevorzugt mit Spitex Erfahrung Flexibilität für Einsätze im Abenddienst
- Selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
Main responsibilities
- Betreuung und Bezugspflege unserer Klientinnen und Klienten
- Einleiten von Pflegemassnahmen und deren Evaluierung in Zusammenarbeit mit Fallverantwortlichen
- Führen der Pflegedokumentation und erfassen von Leistungen
- Mitwirken bei der Umsetzung von Qualitätsstandards sowie der Pflegeentwicklung
Key requirements
- Abschluss als Fachfrau/-mann Gesundheit EFZ, bevorzugt mit Spitex Erfahrung Flexibilität für Einsätze im Abenddienst
- Selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Gewandter Umgang mit EDV-Programmen (MS Office, RAI-HC)
- Mit dem Velo mobil und in Besitz eines Führerausweises
