Canton of Zurich Education Department Office for Youth and Career Guidance Specialist Information and Documentation EFZ 50% Good for life – that is our motto. As part of the Education Directorate of the Canton of Zurich, the Office for Youth and Career Guidance (AJB) is responsible for offerings in the areas of child and youth welfare as well as career counseling. The AJB's Information Agency (INA) designs and implements all of the office's communication and information resources. In addition, INA advises and supports specialists in communication and information matters. To strengthen the INA team, we are looking for an information and documentation specialist EFZ for the information and documentation specialist team from September 1, 2026 or by appointment. Your area of responsibility

• Maintaining the data sets of the national training and further education database on berufsberatung.ch for the canton of Zurich
• Managing the content of the cantonal portals using Wordpress
• Management of the content of internal knowledge management
• Central media management for the biz (purchasing, recording and cataloging in NetBiblio, equipment, sorting and media shipping)
• Maintenance and updating of existing information resources
• Support for individual subject areas of your profile
• Completed training as an information and documentation specialist EFZ or equivalent training
• Experience using a library system
• Experience in the educational sector or a strong interest in educational topics
• Stylish spoken and written German
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, especially SharePoint
• Structured, precise, prompt and responsible way of working
