For our team of anesthesia care at the Triemli site we are looking for 1. January 2027 or by arrangement a motivated personality.

Tasks

• You take over the independent anesthesia guidance and anesthesia supervision under the responsibility of a competent doctor as well as the assistance in anesthesia.
• You convey anesthesiological expertise to your colleagues and are responsible for introducing new employees in anesthesia care and in the specialist area of cardiac anesthesia.
• You are in close contact with nursing expertise, education and management and make a major contribution to ensuring that the specialist expertise in anesthesia care is up-to-date in the specialist areas.
• You analyze processes and agreements in cardiac anesthesia and make suggestions for improvement.
• You ensure smooth and targeted interdisciplinary cooperation.

Profile

• Completed NDS in anesthesia care and completed Bachelor in nursing mandatory
• High flexibility, independence and resilience
• Good communication skills, teamwork skills and patient orientation
• Commitment to effective interdisciplinary cooperation
• High quality awareness and strong service orientation
