The Assurance Risk & Quality function helps safeguard quality across our Assurance practice by strengthening governance, risk management and quality management processes.
Working closely with business process owners, leadership and global stakeholders, the team drives the evolution of our System of Quality Management, supports regulatory readiness, and enables continuous improvement through technology, data-driven monitoring and innovative solutions.

- Working closely with business process owners, leadership and global stakeholders, the team drives the evolution of our System of Quality Management, supports regulatory readiness, and enables continuous improvement through technology, data-driven monitoring and innovative solutions.
Application process
- Develop and maintain training materials, user guides and communication content that foster user adoption and consistent application across stakeholder groups.
- Support monitoring and reporting activities by extracting, validating and analysing information from the tool and preparing meaningful summaries for the QMSE team and leadership.
- Contribute to the implementation and evolution of Audit Quality Indicator solutions and other technology-enabled quality management initiatives.
- Collaborate on ad hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen the effectiveness of the System of Quality Management.
- Experience in audit, risk management, quality management, governance, internal controls or technology-enabled business processes, combined with an interest in quality management systems.
- Strong digital affinity and motivation to become an expert user of ServiceNow IRM or similar workflow and governance platforms.
- Experience with ServiceNow IRM, Power BI, Alteryx, reporting tools or workflow solutions is considered an advantage.
- Structured and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to understand complex processes, translate requirements into practical system solutions and monitor implementation progress.
