Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the professional initial assessment in triage and the medical emergency care and support of our emergency patients, including pediatric cases
• Independently, you ensure professional, competent, and patient-oriented emergency nursing, including the care of patients in the shock room
• You work on an equal footing with other professional groups involved in the treatment process and help shape an appreciative team culture
• You educate and shape your personal career and share your experience with students and the entire interdisciplinary team
• Requirements
• Certification in emergency nursing
• Analytical skills, ability to assess situations solidly, make decisions, and initiate appropriate measures
• Calm personality and high technical and social skills
• High customer orientation, diversified communication skills – even in stressful situations
• Resilience, flexibility, good organizational skills
• Willingness to work shifts
• Enthusiasm for innovation and openness to future-oriented changes
• Commitment to successful team and nursing development
• Very good oral and written German skills
