Canton of Zurich State Chancellery Digital Administration Expert Expert Organisation 80 - 100% The canton of Zurich's administration is undergoing a change: digital solutions are being developed, new offers for the population and the economy are being built up – and this is also linked to changes in roles, structures and cooperation. The task is to design structure and process organisation in such a way that they meet the requirements of a networked and digital administration. An important focus is the organisational approach to artificial intelligence.

Within the Digital Administration division, we are responsible for the organisational development and design the necessary framework conditions for this, so that comprehensive topics and projects can be implemented and anchored in a coordinated manner. Together with you, we implement the Digital Administration Strategy 2025+ and thus shape the digital transformation of the Canton of Zurich. As of January 2027 or by agreement, we are looking for an expert organisation, 80 - 100%.

Your

• tasks You create the ENT foundation for digital management, which efficiently and service-orientedly provides its services. Specifically, this means: - You support the administration to build and effectively anchor cross-cutting cooperation structures in cross-cutting areas of digital transformation. - You advise and/or accompany cantonal management projects on 9.8 related issues and contribute to the further development of (cooperation) structures, processes and competences for modern administration.

• An important focus of your work is the wil effects of AI, which you proactively work on by supporting organizational units and AI projects.
• You take up impulses from the internal and external environment and derive adjustments from them in the wil context. Your profile
• You bring at least 5 years of experience in organizational development or a similar area and have developed a broad organizational understanding.
• You bring a master's degree (e.g. in management, organization & culture or organizational development).

• You look at organizations systemically, recognize connections and derive concrete starting points for changes from them.
• You have a basic understanding of data and AI, which you have acquired through professional experience or targeted further training.
• You like to work conceptually without losing sight of the implementation and have already proven yourself as a team player in various projects.
• Holistic thinking, pronounced communication skills, self-initiative and a high degree of self-organisation complete your profile.
