- Support communication activities across the Government & Institutional Relations function, ensuring effective information sharing and stakeholder alignment.
- Support digital collaboration and communication platforms, including virtual meetings, webinars, SharePoint, intranet content, and newsletters.
- Implement Hitachi Energy processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative procedures and ways of working.
- Organize business-critical meetings and events while providing administrative and financial support related to travel, expenses, purchase orders, invoices, and budget tracking.
- Your background Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role supporting senior leaders in a complex international environment.
- Exceptional organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Proven ability to work independently, anticipate needs, take initiative, and handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity.
