You work between Monday and Sunday in a 40% workload from 16:30 to 22:30. Your area of activity:
Reception, care and farewell of hotel guests Processing and fulfillment of guest wishes
Operation of the telephone and information centre Completion of various administrative tasks Luggage transport on arrival and departure Small technical work carried out
Supporting the Housekeeping team with room cleaning, couverture service and minibar control Cleaning of public buildings
Compliance with and implementation of the “Sorell Standards” as well as the hygiene and safety guidelines Your strengths: Experience in the care of guests Good oral and written knowledge of German Good oral and written English skills Front and Guest Oriented Ready to learn and resilient
