Main responsibilities
- Key responsibilities include:
- Owning and driving the ESH agenda across Southern Service Centres
- Ensuring compliance with UK ESH legislation, Sulzer standards and customer requirements
- Conducting site audits, inspections and risk assessments
- Supporting incident investigations, corrective actions and continuous improvement
- Coaching managers and operational teams to embed a strong safety culture
- Supporting environmental initiatives and sustainability objectives
- Acting as the key ESH interface between sites, regional leadership and the wider Group EHS function What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in an ESH / HSE / SHE role within engineering, manufacturing or service environments is preferred; however, we’re most interested in the right person with the right mindset and approach. NEBOSH or equivalent qualification
- Strong working knowledge of UK ESH legislation and best practice
