Company and context
- Project teams on HSE issues Collaboration with authorities, auditors and external partners This is what you bring with a degree in environmental sciences, environmental technology, occupational safety or a comparable technical/scientific field (university of applied sciences/university) Several years of professional experience in the HSE or environmental sector, ideally in industry, production or technical organizations Sound knowledge of Swiss occupational safety and environmental legislation, including relevant regulations (e.g. major accident regulations, chemicals law, environmental protection law) Experience in carrying out risk analyses, Hazard investigations as well as accident and event clarifications, including the derivation of measures Practice in the planning, implementation and follow-up of audits, inspections and internal inspections, ideally in accordance with ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 Strong communication and consulting skills for supporting managers, project managers and employees in HSE matters Ability to create and carry out training courses on occupational safety, environment and sustainability, as well as analytical skills and experience in dealing with HSE key figures, reporting and continuous improvement Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English, other national languages are an advantage More about us Our flexible working models help you to optimize personal and professional performance and create an environment in which all employees can further develop their skills and grow.
