About us The VZ is Switzerland's leading independent financial service provider. We advise individuals and companies on money, manage assets and offer attractive financial services. This makes us very successful and strong. To provide temporary support to our HR service team, we are looking for support at a central location near Paradeplatz in Zurich.

Tasks

• You support the HR Services team in the operational day-to-day business. These include the creation of employment contracts including the contract components, the recording of new employees in the Abacus as well as the processing of withdrawals.
• You process the mutations of the personnel master data and manage the electronic personnel dossier.
• You answer questions from employees and pre-laws on topics from your task area.
• You first receive employer certificates, process accident reports and take over further administrative tasks.

Requirements

• You are a student and want to gain first experience in HR.
• You have a fast understanding, think networked and value for quality in your work.
• You communicate in German, are open and communicative.
• You work reliably and are committed and experienced in dealing with the MS Office programs.
