To strengthen our IT team, we are looking for a solution-oriented and committed individual in Zurich.
- Together with your team colleagues, you take responsibility for procurement as well as IT partner and service request management.
- You drive the further development of the ITSM platform (based on ServiceNow) and actively participate in its implementation.
- Together with the stakeholders, you ensure a high level of data quality, consistency and integrity in the CMDB.
- You manage existing partners, monitor contracts and conduct tenders in compliance with our requirements.
- You monitor service delivery to our internal customers, optimize reporting and ensure that quality and risk management are implemented seamlessly.
- Completed degree or further education in computer science or business information systems
- Several years of experience in a comparable role, ideally in the financial services sector
- In-depth knowledge of configuring ServiceNow (workflows, forms, service catalog, reports, CMDB, ITSM processes)
- Sound knowledge of ITIL and process design
- Strong service orientation and a “hands-on” mentality

Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Weiterbildung in Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Rolle, idealerweise im Finanzdienstleistungsumfeld
- Vertiefte Kenntnisse in der Konfiguration von ServiceNow (Workflows, Formulare, Servicekatalog, Reports, CMDB, ITSM-Prozesse)
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in ITIL und Prozessdesign
- Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung und eine „hands-on“ Mentalität
