For medical technology, we are looking for a committed, service-oriented and technically interested personality who contributes to the smooth operation of our medical technology with organizational talent, initiative and enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation.

Tasks

• You support medical technology in all administrative and organizational processes around the life cycle of medical technology systems.
• You coordinate service, maintenance and repair appointments with internal departments and external service providers.
• You process invoices, orders and requirements and maintain device documentation in the corresponding systems.
• You create and maintain forms, process documentation, protocols and manuals.
• You support with procurement, inventories
• You are the contact person for external partners and support the employees of medical technology in the administrative day-to-day business.

Profile

• You have a completed commercial education with technical reference.
• You work structured, think process-oriented and also keep track of various tasks.
• You have very good knowledge of German as well as good knowledge of English.
• You have very good MS Office skills and quickly work your way into new systems.
• Ideally, you have experience in a technical environment – hospital knowledge is a plus.
• You are service-oriented, communicative and enjoy working with different stakeholders.
