What you achieve

• You actively support the field sales force throughout the entire sales process and thus contribute to our shared success.
• As a central point of contact, you answer professional and technical questions in the areas of Non-Life Private Customers, Non-Life Corporate Customers, Individual Life, Accident, Health, and Occupational Benefits (BVG).
• You look after our private and corporate customers by phone, in writing, and in person with great competence and commitment.
• With a feel for individual needs, you develop tailor-made concepts and solutions.
• Together with the team, you actively shape market development and sales promotion.
• You accompany our apprentices in their daily professional routine and specifically promote their professional and personal development.

What you bring

• Commercial insurance training and/or several years of experience with an all-lines insurer.
• You already hold the VBV certificate (all-lines) or are willing to obtain it.
• Pleasure in direct customer contact and a pronounced service orientation.
• Sales-oriented thinking and enthusiasm for the development of individual customer solutions.
• Efficient, solution-oriented cooperation with the field service and relevant specialist departments.

Requirements

• Commercial insurance education and/or multi-year experience with an all-lines insurer
