Role overview

Tasks

• They actively accompany the residents in their life, everyday and leisure activities
• They support individual, targeted and resource-oriented care and support and contribute to their implementation
• They work in the planning, implementation and evaluation of the agogical development process and actively contribute to
• You maintain contact with relatives and external references
• They exchange interdisciplinary with the team as well as internal specialist and interfaces Requirements:
• They have a recognised vocational qualification EFZ (at least three years) or a secondary school degree
• They bring an internship or professional experience in the field of social education with
• Ideally, you have already passed the recording procedure
• You are a team-oriented personality with high social competence
• They reflect your actions and together with people with disabilities and impairments, they are committed to their lives We offer:
