Role overview

You are an organizational talent, work independently and keep an overview even in complex situations? In this versatile hub function, you support the management, coordinate committee work and organize important events with professionalism and discretion.

Mansioni

  • You independently supervise the Cooperative Council and the associated committees and are responsible for the preparation and follow-up of the meetings, including minutes.
  • You coordinate the elections of the Cooperative Council and ensure that the entire election process runs smoothly and on time.
  • You support in planning and implementing the annual ballot
  • You support the management in administrative and organizational tasks, coordinate appointments, meetings, events and business trips and ensure a smooth process and the necessary overview at all times.
  • You represent the Secretariat in absence
  • You support the reception, the telephone exchange and the post office if necessary

Requirements

  • at least 3 years of professional experience: in a management secretariat or equivalent administrative function
  • Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): basic commercial training
  • You have very good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 applications (Office, teams, etc.).
  • You convince through discretion, resilience and a professional appearance
  • You value contact with different stakeholders and approach people openly.
  • You work reliably, accurately and independently
  • in German (negotiation certain)
  • French (advantageous)
