For our supply logistics we are looking for an independent, reliable and service-oriented personality as of 01.01.2027 or by agreement, who actively supports our team.

Tasks

• You are actively involved in our supply logistics, which supplies the entire hospital with consumables
• As a knowledge carrier / in supply logistics, you train employees and support them with technical questions
• You support the setup and conversion of warehouses and ensure their order, cleanliness and optimal use
• You check the daily arrivals, book the goods and store them in the right place or transfer them directly
• In case of delivery deviations, you clarify matters independently with the purchase and other contact persons
• You accept letters and parcels and ensure their correct distribution throughout the hospital

Profile

• You have an apprenticeship as a logistician or equivalent training
• You bring several years of professional experience in logistics, ideally in the hospital environment
• You work independently, reliably, structured and exact and also like to physically participate
• You are customer- and service-oriented, work fast and keep an overview even in hectic situations
• You have MS-Office knowledge and a very good knowledge of German
