Full description

For our operating room area, we are looking for an independent, service-oriented and flexible person who will support us immediately or by appointment.

Tasks

• By optimally managing the operating room warehouse, you guarantee the availability of materials in the entire operating room area of our hospital
• You check inventory levels and place repeat orders in a timely manner
• You check the shipments delivered daily and then store them
• When adjusting the range, you implement the necessary adjustments in the surgical warehouses
• You pick our procedure-specific surgical trolleys
• You will actively participate in the annual inventory and optimization
• You actively help with our supply logistics, which supplies the entire KSW with consumables
• You work closely with the surgical staff

Profile

• You have an apprenticeship qualification as a logistics specialist EFZ or equivalent training
• You have several years of professional experience in logistics (ideally in the operating room area of a hospital)
• As a customer-friendly, dutiful, reliable, independent and structured person who likes to work physically, precisely and quickly, you fit well into our team
• Good MS Office knowledge and very good German skills round off your profile
• Your work schedule can vary from Monday to Saturday from around 6 a.m. to 7 p.m
