Are you ready for a job where you can make a meaningful difference for people and nature? From April 2027, or if possible earlier, you will have the chance to do so as a nature educator at the forest school Adlisberg.
Tasks
- They take over the preparation and implementation of nature school days with school classes, including administration, as well as procurement and production of teaching materials
- They take over the preparation and implementation of courses and events for adults in the field of nature education
- Develop new offers for school classes and teachers
- You work on projects and carry out administrative work for nature school operations
Profile
- Scientific and/or pedagogical studies or comparable training with in-depth knowledge of nature and nature conservation or forestry as well as craft skills
- Experience and joy in the design and management of mostly full-day nature pedagogical offers outdoors, especially with school classes of cycle 1 and 2
- A natural authority in dealing with students with a view to the whole
- High resilience due to the handling of changing school classes, year-round working outdoors, long lessons: time availability in school hours on three to four days per week, annual working hours with seasonal fluctuations: multi-time compensation possible during the Zurich school holidays
- Class time on Tuesdays and Thursdays
- Independent and responsible working methods as well as constructive cooperation with different groups
- Communicatively strong and secure use of digital tools
