For the Senevita Limmatfeld in Dietikon we are looking for a residential area management Spitex (m/f) 100% Your tasks

• You take over the professional and personnel management of the nursing team (about 15 employees) in the 1st. Upper floor as well as the Spitex area and together with your team ensure professional and needs-based care and support
• You organize and coordinate the day-to-day care and care processes and ensure a smooth process in the stationary as well as in the ambulatory area
• You lead, accompany and develop your employees and create a working environment in which personal responsibility, cooperation and quality are lived.
• You ensure professional care planning, maintenance documentation and performance recording and ensure compliance with our quality standards
• You keep an eye on the human and economic framework conditions of your area of responsibility and use the available resources in a targeted manner
• You provide a reliable flow of information between residents or Spitex customers, relatives, employees and other internal and external specialist positions secure
• You work closely with the nursing service management and the other leaders and are actively involved in the further development of the quality of care and our processes
• You are a reliable contact person for your team, set a good example and provide support in day-to-day operations if necessary.

You bring that with you

• You have a completed education as a dipl. Care professional HF/FH
• You have several years of leadership experience in a comparable function and ideally have a leadership education or are ready to complete one.
• You have experience in long-term care and/or Spitex
• You have experience dealing with people with dementia and different care and care needs
• You enjoy the leadership and development of employees and communicate clearly, appreciatively and bindingly
• You are interested in nursing development and continuous improvement of nursing quality
• You think networked and economically and can use human and operational resources responsibly
• You have good RAI knowledge and are confident in using digital work equipment
• An independent, structured and solution-oriented working method as well as resilience and teamwork round off your profile.
