Role overview

• Lead a three-person team in content, organizational, human and financial terms

• take responsibility for the web and other services for the provision of the data of the business register and their further development
• Ensure scientific, methodological and legal conformity

• Steer strategic developments related to the use of the business register for administrative and statistical purposes

• Represent the department and section vis-à-vis national, cantonal and municipal partners as well as at international level

• Implement the data protection principles for the web and other services of the business and business register

• Lead complex scientific and methodological projects for the Section, Department and Office

• University or technical college degree in data science or economics or equivalent education

• Sound knowledge of statistical methods (especially sampling) and common programming languages (SAS, R or Python)

• Experience with agile project management and HERMES

• leadership, initiative and independence; communicative personality with a strong team spirit, ideally with leadership experience
