- They receive emergency calls, record complex situations quickly and reliably and take over the lead in the conversation, so that callers are competently supported in demanding moments
- They assess, triage and process incoming calls, alert ground and air-bound rescue equipment according to the next-best principle
- They guide immediate medical measures, support callers in stressful situations and thus make a central contribution to the best possible outcome for patients.

- You have a degree as a dipl.
- Rescue paramedic, transport paramedic with federal FA, dipl.
- Nursing professional HF, health EFZ or medical practice assistant EFZ and ideally bring experience in emergency services, in disposition, in an emergency call center or in a comparable medical, operational or technical environment
- They have a fast comprehension, think in a networked way and can correctly classify information even under time pressure, prioritize it and act forward-looking.
- They have a high affinity for technical aids and digital tools (Microsoft 365) or are willing to familiarize themselves with them quickly and practically.
