Are you motivated by the idea of leading a complex large-scale project in the field of occupational pensions (BVG) with high strategic importance and leading it to sustainable success?
In this role, you assume overall responsibility for a strategically central transformation project in the Life division and actively shape the future of our business in the field of occupational pension provision. As a Senior Project Manager, you have a direct influence on a large project with high visibility and work closely with experienced internal and external stakeholders.

- You lead a major strategic project in the field of occupational pension provision (BVG) and bear overall responsibility for its success (scope, schedule, team, project governance, budget, quality).
- You lead interdisciplinary project teams, control several workstreams and external partners and ensure targeted implementation.
- You actively design and maintain cooperation with a large number of highly experienced stakeholders and actively manage stakeholders at a senior level.
- You navigate safely in a complex corporate environment, identify risks at an early stage and initiate appropriate control and measures.
- You promote the organizational acceptance of new processes and working methods, prepare steering committees professionally and moderate them successfully.
This sets you apart
- Several years of experience in managing complex, strategic large-scale projects in the insurance and/or pension fund environment
- Comprehensive knowledge of the collective life business of an insurance company or of pension funds or foundations
- Very good skills in stakeholder management in large organizations
- High initiative, implementation strength and a strong sense of cooperation at senior level
- Very good knowledge of German and English
