Canton of Zurich Directorate of the Justice and Interior State Archives of the Canton of Zurich Specialist / Head of Household Service and Security Officer /r 100% The State Archives of the Canton of Zurich, with its archives dating back 1150 years, is the central archive of the Canton of Zurich and its historical legal predecessors. It transmits original documents from the Cantonal Council, the Government, the cantonal central and district administration as well as the cantonal courts, notaries and independent public institutions and makes them available to the public. We are looking for 1. May 2027 or by arrangement a committed person as specialist / head / home service and security officer /r 100% . Your tasks

• Planning, coordination and execution of maintenance work on the technical installations as well as ensuring their proper operation, external contacts
• Organization and coordination of home maintenance work as well as participation in day-to-day operations (maintenance and repair work)
• Support and monitoring of security systems (break-in, fire, water, etc.)
• Exercise of the role as Security Officer and conduct of security training
• Creating and updating safety-relevant instructions and instructions Your profile
• Completed vocational training with EFZ, preferably in the field of building technology (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, building automation, electrical engineering) or in a related technical or craft profession
• Further training as a housekeeper with a federal certificate or a comparable qualification in the field of home maintenance or Facility management
• Several years of sound professional experience in a comparable function
• Category B driving licence; forklift and safety officer training are advantageous
• Team-capable, flexible and responsible personality with strong organizational skills
• Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working method, good user knowledge in Microsoft 365
