Dielsdorf Health Center is a modern geriatric competence center with around 500 employees from 35 nations. Our offer ranges from counselling for older people and their relatives to general and specialized long-term care and care at home. At the Regensdorf site, we offer 54 residents a family environment with professional care.
Tasks: • Independent implementation of primary care and treatment of residents in the reference person system • Planning and implementation of the care process together with the team • Cooperation in the multi-professional team • Assumption of day-to-day responsibility • Responsibility for recording nursing measures and classifications RAI LTCF • Ensuring compliance with in-house instructions (maintenance guidelines, instructions) • Accompaniment of employees: women in the professional and interpersonal area Requirements • You have completed training as a nurse HF or a Swiss recognition SRK • You like to work in early, late and night service • Good knowledge of German in words and writing (at least level B2) • Networked thinking • They have strong social skills and appreciate interdisciplinary cooperation • High sense of responsibility, independence and flexibility distinguishes you • Handling modern tools is part of your everyday life (PC, tablet, smartphone) • Knowledge of RAI LTCF desirable We offer: We offer you a responsible and interesting job in a varied, future-oriented and interprofessional environment.
