Tasks

• You are responsible for planning and implementing the care process in the interdisciplinary team, taking into account the individual needs of patients.
• You take responsibility for patient-centered documentation of the work and care process as well as the correct performance recording.
• You actively contribute to constructive interdisciplinary cooperation, work with high service quality and thus promote the quality of care.
• You are jointly responsible for the education and promotion of students and learners.

Profile

• Training as a nurse HF/FH
• Advantages of professional experience in the acute hospital
